- On the delivery day, drivers will call 15-30 minutes prior to the delivery to ensure you are at home.
- Deliveries are made to the ground floor for flats or to the doorstep for houses.
- Specified day deliveries are not offered, if you are unable to accept delivery on certain days do alert us and we will help you in every way possible.
- If you have missed the delivery, the drivers will leave a card, please contact the merchant to reschedule.
- All deliveries are to the main communal door of the building or the font door of houses.
- The couriers will not be held responsible for taking any items any further unless agreed otherwise.
- Surcharge of £60 for placement in a room of your choice with sufficient space for moving the furniture or a surcharge of £100 for the installation of the new bed.
