- The voucher must be redeemed within 48 hours of purchase.
- If not redeemed within 48 hours, the voucher will auto-redeem, and the customer should contact the travel agent to book. This does not impact the customer's right to a change of mind refund within 14 days unless the holiday is booked. Upon auto-redemption customer contact details are shared with the holiday provider.
- All holidays purchased are subject to availability and pricing is not guaranteed once the voucher has auto redeemed.
- Valid for selected flights only on the dates chosen by the purchaser; supplementary charges may apply for alternative flights.
